Physiotherapist Andrew Dumbleton has been living and working in Hackney for 30 years. Andrew approach to physiotherapy is to consider the body as a whole, rather than individual aspects of injury or illness. Andrew believes that physiotherapy is only part of a wider approach to health and wellbeing that includes going out enjoying and time with friends. 

Andrew is embedded in his community, he is a strong supporter of local amenities including sports centres, swimming pools and tennis courts. Andrew has links with local athletics clubs, cycle clubs, personal trainers, tennis, and swimming coaches.

Andrew has been a keen sportsman with an active life, he is now his mid 50s and understands the aches and pains that are part of getting older.  Andrew is keen to help those who are already physically active or who are returning to activity following an illness, injury, or operation. 

During an assessment Andrew will provide targeted exercises to improve specific issues and may provide general advice about posture, work environment or sport and exercise.
